We believe we are a community in which all older adults are valued and loved. We took note and observed Clinics, Hospitals and Pharmacies are overcrowded with patients who are unstable and are chronic medication patient eg: Diabetes, Hypertension, Epilepsy etc. We would change this. Most of these patients visit the institutions on a monthly basis and this has out tremendous pressure on professional such as nurses, doctors and pharmacist who are already in short supply due to large patients turn over

There is also the economic aspect where in the patient have double expenditure in instance where medicine are not available. We also experienced the risk in being infected and affected by the COVID-19 virus thus making operations in hospitals and clinics unbearable and difficult for health practitioners to work under stress level.

VISION

  • By reaching out to the patient will results in order to instill self-reliance volunteering and education to such.
  • This will create a good interaction between NGO, NPO’S and NPC’S and the Department of Health and the community at large.
  • This will create trust towards the health department
  • Medication to reach the patient in time
  • Medication will be easily monitored by Health officials, NGO’S.
  • Patients will receive advice and be educated on their treatment consumption to avoid complications.
  • To reduce high rate of defaulters devoting amongst our patients.
